Favour 01 Limited is a wholly Ghanaian-owned agro-industrial company established in 2019 to drive sustainable value addition within Ghana's cocoa sector.

Headquartered in Ayikuma, Greater Accra, the company benefits from direct access to fertile agricultural zones, reliable infrastructure, and proximity to Tema Port. Favour 01 Limited operates an integrated business model spanning cocoa farming, sourcing, processing, and logistics, positioning the company as a long-term industrial player in Ghana's cocoa value chain.

Core Operations

Cocoa Processing

Favour 01 Limited is developing capacity to process premium Ghanaian cocoa beans into high-quality semi-finished products, including cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, cocoa cake, and cocoa powder, for both domestic and international markets.

A purpose-built steel warehouse is operational at the Ayikuma site, with plans underway to install a 32,000-metric-tonne cocoa processing plant.

Agri-Business & Sourcing

To secure a sustainable supply of raw materials, the company currently cultivates 1,500 hectares of cocoa farmland. There is a structured expansion plan to grow the land bank to 5,000 hectares by 2030 across multiple cocoa-producing regions in Ghana, directly supporting processing operations.

Commodity Haulage

Favour 01 Limited operates a logistics division with a fleet of 27 heavy-duty trucks. The company provides haulage services for cocoa, cashew, maize, and other cash crops nationwide. During peak seasons, additional vehicles are engaged to ensure delivery reliability and service continuity.

Strategic Advantages

The company's cocoa processing operations are structured to operate under the Ghana Free Zones Authority, enabling a projected 10-year exemption on import duties. This regulatory advantage supports competitive investment in advanced processing technology and infrastructure.
